Refund Policy

At PremiiJB, entries into live competitions are generally final and non-refundable once the entry has been successfully submitted and confirmed.

Because competition entries are processed immediately and allocated to the selected competition, we do not usually offer refunds where a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong competition, enters the wrong details, or decides they no longer wishes to participate.

If an error occurs due to a technical issue, administrative mistake, duplicate charge, failed entry allocation, or any other issue caused by PremiiJB, we will review the case and may provide a credit to the customer’s PremiiJB wallet for the value of the affected entry or entries.

Wallet credit can be used towards future PremiiJB competitions and will normally be applied to the customer’s account within ASAP.

Where a competition is cancelled, withdrawn, materially changed, or where we are legally required to provide a refund, PremiiJB will handle the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.

To request a review, please contact us at support@premiijb.co.uk with your full name, account email, competition name, order number, and a short explanation of the issue.

If a payment has been taken but no valid entry has been allocated, or if a duplicate payment has been made, we may issue either a refund to the original payment method or a PremiiJB wallet credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
